Ayesha Takia

Ayesha Takia Azmi has been an actor in Hindi movies since 1986. Ayesha won Filmfare's Best Debut Award, in 2004, for her performance as a main actor on Taarzan The Wonder Car. It was her first acting role. Her subsequent appearances included Paathshaala (2009) Wanted (2010) Salaam-E-Ishq (2007, 2008) and Socha Na Tha (2010). She made her first appearance in a Complan commercial. In the I'm a Complan Boy, I'm a Complan Girl commercial, she appeared alongside Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor. In the remix song Nahin Nahin Abhi Nahin her appeared. Thanks to the success of this song, she rose to prominence during India's period of remixes. Soon after, she began receiving Bollywood film proposals. Taarzan Wonder Car Wonder Car was known late to her debut, which was planned to appear in the film Socha Na Tha but was held up by issues with production. Ayesha displayed her moral character in her criticism of her father-in the law Samajwadi Party Samajwadi Party MP Abu Azmi on the punishment of the rape victim. She declared her veganism the public eye when she participated in PETA's Indian advertisement. She appeared in the 2006 listing of the top Indian women.
